Who Am I?
Dave here, a Gen X writer and fan of dragons, fantasy, monsters, and metal. I’ve written a children’s book or two (or maybe more than 20). I’ll share more about them and my experience as an author as this site grows. (No, neither my books nor I are famous).
Lately, I’ve started dabbling in AI art for fun. You’re free to save, use, and share any of the AI art on my site (unless otherwise explicitly noted on a particular piece).
What is Carpe Draco? Seize the dragon, baby. Think Robin Williams standing on a desk breathing fire — whatever that means. The phrase is, obviously, a play on Carpe Diem (seize the day) but with my usual dragon-themed refinement. I originally used the phrase in a book way back in 2008.
