Dave here, Gen-X dude and fan of dragons, fantasy, monsters, and metal. Through the years, I’ve written licks, code, and children’s books. (No, none of them or me are famous). Recently I’ve been in the process of slowly reinventing myself, which is what prompted the creation of this site.
Why is it called Carpe Draco? Seize the dragon, baby. Think Robin Williams standing on a desk breathing fire — whatever that means. The phrase is, obviously, a play on Carpe Diem (seize the day) with a dragon-inspired upgrade. I originally used the phrase in a book way back in 2008.
Like what you see here and want to support the continuation of my creative efforts? Visit my shop, consider springing for a cup of coffee, or both. Thanks in advance. Carpe Draco!
